HOW I START MY DAY
Begin your day with positive energy. As humans, we are prone to attract different energies – positive and negative. However, if all our positive emotions are in harmony, it makes us strong and we only attract positive energies, and even repel negative ones. My mornings are mostly easy without any rush as that is the most important time of our day. I sit in my balcony, which overlooks a beautiful tree blooming with flowers, look at the rising sun, and pray to the Almighty to energise me and make me strong. Then I can transfer my energy to all the people who come in contact with me and help them to become strong. This is a very simple yet powerful way to bring happiness internally and externally. I practise the spiritual exercise of healing emotional energy. We are all capable of releasing our negative energies that accumulate over the years. Once we learn to release these energies, it is very important to strengthen the mind and aura so that we can remain away from all non-beneficial energies.
