ఒక ఊరిలో ఒక చిన్న పిల్లవాడు ఉండేవాడు. అతని పేరు రామ్. అతను చాలా పట్టుదలగలవాడు. ఏదైనా పనిని మొదలుపెట్టినప్పుడు, అది పూర్తయ్యేవరకు అతను విరమించడు.
ఒకరోజు, రామ్ తన తండ్రితో కలిసి తోటలో పనిచేస్తున్నాడు. అతను ఒక పెద్ద చెట్టు నుండి ఒక పండు కోవాలనుకున్నాడు. కానీ చెట్టు చాలా ఎత్తైనది, అతను దానిని చేరలేకపోయాడు.
రామ్ తన తండ్రిని అడిగాడు, “తండ్రి, ఈ పండు ఎలా కోవాలి?”
రామ్ తండ్రి అతనికి చెప్పారు, “రామ్, నువ్వు చాలా పట్టుదలగలవాడివి. నువ్వు కొంచెం ప్రయత్నించి చూడు. నువ్వు ఖచ్చితంగా దాన్ని చేరగలవు.”
రామ్ తన తండ్రి మాటలను విని ప్రయత్నించడం మొదలుపెట్టాడు. అతను ఎన్నోసార్లు ప్రయత్నించాడు, కానీ అతను దాన్ని చేరలేకపోయాడు.
చివరికి, రామ్ తన పట్టుదలతో విజయం సాధించాడు. అతను చెట్టు నుండి పండును కోసుకున్నాడు.
రామ్ చాలా సంతోషించాడు. అతను తన తండ్రిని అడిగాడు, “తండ్రి, నేను ఎలా చేరగలిగాను?”
రామ్ తండ్రి అతనికి చెప్పారు, “రామ్, నీ పట్టుదలే నిన్ను విజయం సాధించేలా చేసింది. నువ్వు ఎప్పుడూ ఏదైనా పనిని మొదలుపెట్టినప్పుడు, దానిని పూర్తయ్యేవరకు విరమించకు.”
Moral of the story: Perseverance is the key to success. If you never give up on your goals, you will eventually achieve them.
